1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Clawbase at clawbase.com. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Overview

Clawbase is a managed hosting platform for running your own Clawbase instance and related integrations. We provide deployment tooling, infrastructure management, and account features, while you remain responsible for how your instance is configured and used.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement to use the service. You are responsible for your account activity, for keeping access credentials secure, and for providing accurate registration information.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges via our billing provider. You can manage your subscription, update payment methods, or cancel from your billing page in the dashboard via the Stripe portal.

5. Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer full or partial refunds for subscription charges, unused time, or partial billing periods. If you do not want renewal charges, cancel your subscription in advance from the billing page.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Clawbase to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts
• Abuse or disrupt platform performance or reliability

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Third-Party Services and AI Providers

The service integrates with third-party providers (such as Stripe, Supabase, Fly.io, Google OAuth, and AI model providers). Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep the service reliable, but availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, upgrades, incidents, or provider-level failures may cause interruptions.

9. Warranty Disclaimer and Liability Limit

Clawbase is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability for claims related to the service is limited to fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required by law, or to protect the platform and other users.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
